Delivery, Return & Refund Policy
Shipping
Shipment delivery time for all order items will be delivered in 7 working days, except weekends and public holidays. RM10.00 delivery fee charged per order for first 1kg , RM3.00 charged for subsequent kgs at listed locations in West Malaysia.
Courier
Skynet and J&T Express is currently our default courier shipping company.
Return
Currently all product sold is not refundable. We carefully selected our product before sending out. Should there's any wrong/faulty products, please request the product return to our warehouse. Return within 3 days cost will be by seller.

Refund
Refund is only applicable if product exchange is unavailable/ out of stock/ discontinued.
If you are entitled to a refund, please expect at least 14 days for the refund to be processed.
